April-September £450 per week
Minimum stay 3 nights - £275
October-March £375per week
Minimum stay 3 nights - £225
- Saturday changeover. Flexible changeover days may be possible.
- In all cases there is a £50 per week non-refundable deposit payable on booking with balance payable 2 weeks before arrival.
- No smoking and no pets. Please bring your own beach towels
The key holder will meet you on arrival with the keys.
Access to the house is available from 2pm on day of arrival
and
we ask that you leave by 10am on day of departure. This can be extended if there is no follow-on booking.
